Our Product Criteria:
When ranking various hair loss products, we used a number of criteria that we feel are important to anyone considering using a product. We looked at the products from many different viewpoints and focused on their effectiveness, longevity, safety, side effects, quickness of results, and success rate.
Although given less weight… we also rated the companies on price, guarantee, reputation, customer service, ease of use, and overall satisfaction. The end result is a thorough evaluation of not only the top hair loss treatments on the market, but also the companies that make them.
How We Tested Products:
We approached our study with a two-part methodology.
Part one dealt with the product and various experiences our subjects had with it. We looked for information, good or bad, about each individual hair loss treatment. We took many steps to verify as much of the data that we were able to uncover. Additionally, we reviewed every subject individually, we looked at many factors such as; their hair texture, hair color, amount of hair loss, etc. Eventually, we began to realize which products actually work, and which do not live up to their promises.
The second part of the study scrutinized the company that manufactures the hair loss product. We “tested” them by ordering products using different methods, we tracked shipping times, and attempted to return some of the product (to test their guarantee). We also spent time going through their websites to verify ease of use. Finally, we researched website issues like security and privacy.
We’ve taken a lot of time to come up with these in depth hair loss reviews. Hopefully they can give you an idea on how well a product works and the results you can expect to achieve by using said product.
